Nan narrates romance novels from the tiny closet of her New York City apartment. When her attempts to finish recording the latest installment of a western erotica series called The Shadow Wrangler are interrupted by an unsettling visit from her recent ex, elements of the salacious fantasy she’s voicing start appearing in her home.
